As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing Lucid Motors vehicles. You will demonstrate your passion for sustainable transportation and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment. As a Service Technician, it is expected to have ASE certifications obtained within 6-8 months of hire date. Lucid will reimburse the cost associated with successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Confidently repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis
- Maintain a high knowledge level of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and general electric vehicle systems
- Follow correct repair order documentation procedures, i.e. The Three C's
- Effectively work with the appropriate software suite to properly and completely document all customer vehicle interactions
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with other members of the service team (i.e., advisor, manager, etc.) as well as customers.
- Ability to demonstrate and teach learned technical skills/knowledge with others
- Demonstrate attention to detail and passion for creating positive client experiences
- Ability to work remotely and support mobile service team as needed

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including previous experience with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair
- Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains
- Customer facing experience exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software
- EPA 609 Certification
- Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
- Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4 - ADAS)

We are looking for an IT Asset Management Intern to join our IT team and support how IT equipment and services are managed across the EU region. Asset Management plays a key role in ensuring employees have the right devices and subscriptions to do their work while keeping everything tracked, compliant, and up to date.
In this internship, you will support the lifecycle of IT assets such as laptops, phones, tablets, peripherals, and mobile/SIM subscriptions. You’ll learn how assets are ordered, assigned, updated, returned, and audited, especially as employees join, move roles, or leave the company.
You’ll collaborate with teams including IT Support, HR, Logistics, Procurement, and international IT colleagues (including the US IT team). This is a great opportunity for a student who is organized, curious, and interested in IT operations, hardware, or process-driven work, and who wants hands-on experience in a professional, international environment.
What you’ll do
- Support the day-to-day management of end-user IT assets across the EU region
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for laptops, mobile devices, tablets, peripherals, and inventory
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing, collecting, and returning IT devices
- Assist with laptop ordering, reimaging, packing, and shipping
- Help manage and track mobile devices and subscriptions
- Send reminders and follow up with employees regarding returns, updates, or missing information

The Mix Room Technician is responsible for the precise preparation, mixing, handling, storage, and supply of automotive paint materials to support primer, basecoat, and clearcoat operations. The role ensures color accuracy, batch traceability, material availability, and compliance with OEM quality standards, while strictly adhering to automotive EHS, fire safety, and environmental requirements. This position is critical to achieving first-time-right quality, minimizing paint defects, and maintaining continuous production flow in the automotive paint shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix, and dispense automotive paints, primers, clearcoats, hardeners, and thinners in accordance with OEM-approved formulations, standard operating procedures, and production schedules.
- Control and record critical paint parameters including viscosity, density, temperature, pot life, and shelf life.
- Ensure correct labeling, batch identification, and full traceability of paint materials and mixes.
- Operate, clean, and perform basic maintenance on Mix Room equipment such as mixers, agitators, pumps, filters, and dosing systems.
- Supply paint materials to automated and manual spray booths on time to prevent line stoppages.
- Monitor paint inventory levels, support FIFO practices, and coordinate with logistics for timely material replenishment.
